Penthouse Kitchen, Reimagined. ✨

Remember our 5-day Olympic Village renovation?

Here’s a closer look at the finished kitchen.

With an incredible view and a modern Vancouver penthouse surrounding it, this kitchen didn’t need to be completely reinvented—it needed the right upgrades in the right places.

We modernized the space with new millwork doors, custom panels and hardware, carefully refining the existing layout while introducing warmer finishes and a cleaner, more contemporary aesthetic.

The result is a kitchen that feels completely at home in the space: understated, functional and designed to complement the views rather than compete with them.

And the kitchen was only one piece of this transformation.

In just five days, our team tackled new engineered hardwood flooring throughout, baseboards, drywall repairs, painting and the kitchen modernization—all before our clients moved into their new home.

What Makes You Happy?

Sometimes, it’s knowing the home you love is designed to keep working for you for years to come.

For this traditional bathroom renovation in Vancouver’s West End, our clients wanted more than a beautiful new space. They wanted a bathroom thoughtfully designed for the future—without sacrificing the warmth and character of their home.

We incorporated aging-in-place features directly into the design, including strategically positioned grab bars, an accessible walk-in shower, a linear drain, frameless glass, easy-to-use fixtures and a layout designed around comfort and mobility.

But we didn’t want any of it to feel like an accessible bathroom.

Warm natural millwork, timeless stone-inspired tile, elegant fixtures and carefully considered details give the space a refined, residential feel where functionality simply becomes part of the design.

Some Kitchens Are Designed for Today. This One Was Built to Last. ✨

Welcome to one of our completed traditional kitchen renovations in West Point Grey, Vancouver.

For this project, our goal was to create a kitchen that respected the traditional character of the home while introducing the functionality, storage, and quality you’d expect from a completely custom renovation.

At the heart of the design is beautiful real maple cabinetry, built specifically for the space and complemented by quartz countertops and backsplashes, stainless steel appliances, and a custom dining table designed to feel like part of the kitchen itself.

Next Stop: Grout. 🚇

Our commercial subway tile backsplash is installed, but we’re not reaching the end of the line just yet.

Before a single bit of grout goes on, there’s some important prep work to take care of.

Our team is removing every spacer, cleaning the tile faces and grout joints, checking the installation, and making sure the entire surface is ready for a clean, consistent grout application.

It’s not the most glamorous part of tile installation…

But these little details are what make the final result look right.

With prep complete, there’s only one thing left to do.

Time to grout. 👌
