The four citizens who sued the City of Vancouver and B.A. Blackwell & Associates are scheduled to appear before a Judge of the Supreme Court of British Columbia to request an interlocutory injunction blocking continued logging of Stanley Park.

The hearing is open for the public to observe.

Despite over 18,000 people asking for the city to do the right thing and stop logging the jewel of our beloved city, Stanley Park, there was no movement, so we moved forward with a negligence lawsuit against the Parks Board.
