🚨 GTA Homeowners — This is the most important HVAC video I’ve posted all year.

The federal government just announced up to $10,000 back on a heat pump installation. Every eligible homeowner qualifies for a minimum of $2,000. Higher amounts up to $10,000 are available based on your household income.

Here is what most people are missing. The rebate is RETROACTIVE to November 1st, 2026. That means if you get your heat pump installed after November 1st you are already in the qualifying window. You don’t have to wait until January to install. You install now and apply when the portal opens in January 2027.

The exact income thresholds and how the full amount is calculated has not been announced yet but will be confirmed before the January 2027 launch. What is confirmed is that every eligible homeowner gets at least $2,000 minimum.

On top of that, manufacturer price increases are coming in December and tariffs could add thousands more to the cost of these systems. The window to lock in today’s pricing and still qualify for the full rebate is right now.

Plus 0% financing available for 2 years.
