We are looking to hire 2 labourers for a civil construction project (term 1 month) located in Vegreville, Alberta.
Assist with general civil construction tasks including site prep, material handling, packing, culvert install, water pumping, general labour tasks to assist the equipment operators, etc.
Must be proficient with basic hand tools/construction equipment and have knowledge/experience on civil construction projects & processes.
Must be self motivated and able to work efficiently with little supervision. Require strong written and oral communication skills and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
Ability to take direction from operators and supervisors to meet project deadlines and quality standards as well as the ability to collaborate with other members of the project.
Must be able to follow and encourage safety protocols at all times to maintain a secure work environment.
Require strong physical stamina to perform demanding tasks such as lifting, working in inclement weather, standing for long periods of time.
Position may require overtime.οΏΌ
This is a contract position to begin early July 2026 and last approximately 4 weeks.
Wage range: $20-$25/hour based on experience.
