Job Title: Labourers for Paving and Grading

Location: Millstream, BC

Job Type:
- Full-time
- Monday to Friday
- Occasional weekend work and night work

Job Description:
Capital city paving is seeking dedicated and hardworking labourers to join our team for paving and grading projects. The ideal candidates will have experience in construction and a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing sites for paving and grading operations.
- Operate hand tools and machinery as required.
- Perform manual labor tasks including lifting, digging, and moving materials.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean work environment.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and on schedule.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in paving, grading, or general construction is preferred but not necessary.

- Ability to operate basic construction equipment (e.g., skid steers, compactors) is a plus.

- Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials up to 50lbs.

- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team.

- Valid class 5 driver’s license is preferred.
