We recently received this massive upgrade to replace our aging workhorse of a CNC router table at the shop. This new unit has a tool changer, pneumatic alignment pins, servo driven as opposed to stepper motors (SO much better), auto Z height sensor dongle, tool height setter, Bluetooth pendant, crazy fast rapids, and a machined flat bed surface which resolves one of the biggest issues with the outgoing machine... Inconsistent material Z height chewed up waste board and made it impossible to utilize tabs in programming of small parts with no hold downs. I can finally confidently program full nests of parts with tabs knowing my pieces aren't going to fly out and break endmills anymore. This was one of my biggest demotivators from producing more products this year.
Pretty quick learning curve figuring out the UI and post-processor in F3D, very excited to get more product out on this unit.
