Heating Season is here and EnviroSync is back in action — this time at the TwinCity GreenDepot in Wabush.

✅ During the October commissioning: We dropped heating energy to 683 kWh/day vs 1419 kWh/day in October 2024, resulting in over $500 in savings and a strain relief to our grid.
✅ First 2 weeks of Nov: 1050 kWh → 2137 kWh/day in November 2024.

We took the data from our 2024 pilot where we reduced heating usage by 54% in a rarely occupied mining warehouse and super charged it into a multi-zone, scheduled energy management system. Each zone has it own heating profile and signature. The system is controlled via a secure web app on your phone or laptop and comes with an onsite dashboard that provide employees with comfort overrides that allow them to boost or pause heating depending on the current work profile as well as override the off hours EcoMode incase of unexpected work requirements.

A local wholesaler came to us last year with a challenge:

“Can you build something to monitor our dairy freezers — we’re currently watching a thermostat with a security camera when no one’s around.”

We built it. But better.

Not only did we replace that manual monitoring — our responsive innovative system recently caught an issue almost a full week before it impacted freezer temperatures.

A failing defrost cycle was detected through pattern analysis — not by waiting for temperatures to rise. The alert came early, and timely repairs were made before any product was at risk. The third time that system has risen to the task of preventing a potential loss.

While our core mission is energy management, this is a powerful reminder that protecting what matters often means more than just saving energy — it means acting early, reducing waste, and extending the life of critical systems.
