A Segwun on the Madawaska. 🪵

Ethan takes us through this custom build at White Lake. The outside D profile, Woodlands exterior stain, and black standing seam roof really pop against the wooded lot.

Inside, Douglas fir was used for the second floor system with traditional timber frame joinery and 2x8 pine flooring upstairs. Upgraded aluminum clad wood windows and full glass doors bring in the river views.

The layout includes:
4 bedrooms (two on the main, two in the basement)
3 bathrooms
A loft that works as an office or extra living space
Cathedral ceilings in both main floor bedrooms

New build, almost done.

This garage build went from excavation to nearly finished in just over two months. Slab poured, walls and beams up, trusses and roofing done, doors and windows in, electrical roughed in, insulation, drywall, and paint, all wrapped up. Garage door going in this week and that's a wrap.

Most turn-key build projects moves through this 10-step process; from demolition and site prep all the way to landscaping and final site cleanup. The timeline looks different on every lot, but the process stays fairly consistent.
