THE CROSS COUNTRY CABIN PROJECT IS A TINY, SUSTAINABLY BUILT AND OPERATED HOME, CONSTRUCTED ON A TRAILER, TO BE TOURED BETWEEN PROVINCIAL AND NATIONAL PARKS WITHIN CANADA FOR ONE SEASON (MAY-SEPTEMBER). THIS HOME WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR SHORT-TERM, SUBSIDIZED RENTAL, AS AN EXPERIENCE TO LIVE A MORE MINIMALIST AND SIMPLIFIED LIFESTYLE, CONNECTING WITH NATURE AND ONE ANOTHER. THIS PROJECT LOOKS TO TAR

GET NEW CANADIANS, FAMILIES WHO LIVE IN THE CITY CENTRE AND INDIVIDUALS WHO ARE NEWLY INTERESTED IN EXPLORING THE CANADIAN OUTDOORS & WILDERNESS, HOWEVER MAYBE AREN’T SURE HOW TO ACCESS IT OR GET STARTED. THE EXPERIENTIAL NATURE OF THE PROJECT WILL INCREASE AWARENESS OF A SUSTAINABLE LIFESTYLE AND CONNECT CANADIANS WITH THEIR OWN IMPACT ON THE ENVIRONMENT. THE OVERALL INTENTION OF THE PROJECT IS TO SHARE THE IMPORTANCE OF SPENDING TIME IN THE OUTDOORS CONNECTING WITH NATURE AND THE PEOPLE WE CARE ABOUT, WHILE EMPOWERING THEM TO INCORPORATE SOME OF THESE MORE SUSTAINABLE WAYS OF LIVING INTO THEIR EVERY DAY LIFE. FOLLOW THE THE JOURNEY OF THE TINY HOME AND THE PEOPLE WHO SPEND TIME IN IT, ON SOCIAL MEDIA!
