Responsibilities:

Reading and interpreting blueprints: Understanding technical drawings to determine specifications and dimensions.
Measuring, cutting, and shaping materials: Using hand and power tools to precisely prepare wood, wood substitutes, and other materials.

Constructing and assembling structures: Building frameworks, including walls, floors, and roofs, and installing fixtures like windows, doors, and trim.

Installing and repairing structures: Fitting and installing various components, ensuring they meet quality standards and building codes.

Maintaining and renovating: Repairing and renovating existing wooden structures, including residences and other buildings.
Supervising others: Overseeing construction workers on a project.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
Experience in carpentry and woodworking: Demonstrated experience in various carpentry techniques and practices.

Proficiency with a wide range of power tools. Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials: Ability to perform manual labor and work in various environments.
Attention to detail and quality craftsmanship: Ensuring high-quality work on all projects.

Good communication and teamwork skills:

Collaborating with other workers and communicating effectively with clients.

Knowledge of safety procedures and regulations: Adhering to safety protocols and using personal protective equipment.
Flexibility and adaptability: Working on different projects and adapting to various work schedules.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (Driver's License Required).
