Dirt Road Diggers is looking for efficient, safety-minded Labourers for agricultural and construction projects. The ideal candidates will be capable of working with minimal oversight but willing to follow directions closely. Must be willing to work remotely and stay in camp for short periods of time. Transportation to and from Williams Lake to rural job sites is provided. Protective gear including hard hat, safety glasses, work gloves, high visibility clothing provided. Must provide their own safety footwear.

Labourer responsibilities and duties
• Provide labour support as needed
• Comply with WorkSafe regulations

Labourer qualifications and skills
• A willingness to learn basic construction principles and procedures
• Comfort working in with extreme weather fluctuations

This is an opportunity to gain experience working in several trades including construction, fencing, welding, and operating heavy machinery. Salary - $20/hour.
