Good Evening,
It has come to our attention that there is a post circulating on social media about some work we've completed and feel this is something we need to address.
At JBL Construction Ltd. we take great pride in our work and the materials we use in your home.
We always want to ensure that our clients are happy not only when we've completed the project but after we leave.
If there is something that comes up, you have questions, or for some reason you're not happy we would appreciate if our clients would reach back out to us and allow us the opportunity to discuss and correct any issues if necessary.
In this instance, the clients were very happy when we checked in with them the day after completion. We were not aware of any issues until a post had been shared with us. We've since reached back out to our clients.
In this industry, sometimes there are many ways to complete a job. It doesn't necessarily mean one way is wrong.
As small business owners it's disheartening to see negative posts being posted and shared on social media.
