Before and after exterior photos. We finished the exterior beginning of November and have been working the interior since. So proud of this work. We had so much fun with these premium product applications.
All new windows and doors, titanium wrap & new cladding for the roof all sheathed with 3/4", LP Smart Siding and trims, all new soffit and fascia as well as eaves troughs and a massive deck build included for this home. East and west additions each have 2 floors extending 4 bedrooms and a laundry/mud room. The south addition extends the living room, and includes a covered deck area with a vaulted ceiling.
All stages were inspected and passed first go around, sure makes us contractors feel good when our inspectors leave with a smile and hand shake.
This exterior is beautiful, interior photos to come!

Even better though; the home owners smiles. That's the cherry on top!

As this was our very first addition job (3 additions) as business owners we expected to have to tweak at least something after inspection. Low and behold the inspection passed flawlessly. We are so proud and have accepted this as such a HUGE achievement. We are both gleaming from ear to ear with this great news. The home owners are beyond excited and have peace of mind knowing their builds are constructed properly and everything meets or exceeds industry standards. To top it off the inspector really liked our decks too , Robert and I are on cloud 9 today 😁
