The system, upon commissioning, yields a first harvest of 15 tons of ice blocks, taking 8 hours to harvest one circle. Key components include a 150 horsepower compressor operating with R507A refrigerant, a water-cooled condenser system complete with a cooling tower, and 24 T3 expansion valves featuring or***ce size number 5. The adjustable platform drops down during harvesting and lifts up for filling the moulds with water. The entire project, managed by ICM Electrical and Refrigeration, is expected to be completed within an 8-week duration.
