QUANTITY SURVEYOR / PROJECT MANAGER (QS/PM)

📍 Location: Kolwezi, DRC

💼 Key Responsibilities
✔️ Project planning, monitoring & coordination
✔️ Contract & procurement management
✔️ Site supervision & quality control
✔️ Technical support (2D/3D drawings)
✔️ Client coordination & communication
✔️ Cost tracking & financial reporting
✔️ Team collaboration
✔️ Administrative support

🎓 Profile Required
✔️ Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Engineering, or related field
✔️ 2–5 years of experience in a similar role
✔️ Strong knowledge of cost control, BOQs & project management
✔️ Experience in mining/construction (advantageous)
✔️ Proficiency in Excel & project management tools
