Originally from Italy, Marco brings a solid academic foundation in Economics and Management of Innovation and Technology, with both a bachelor’s and master’s degree from Bocconi University.

Alongside his studies, he gained hands-on experience through internships in innovative industries and even launched his own social media project, Near, which is now followed by over 40,000 people across various platforms! 🚀

Marco thrives on tackling complex, unstructured problems and dreams of one day becoming an entrepreneur. His passion for AI, physics, and innovation keeps him constantly exploring new ideas and opportunities.

We’re excited to introduce Elias, our new Global Feedstock Sourcing Manager! 🎉

Elias brings a diverse background in economics and strategic partnerships, having played a pivotal role in shaping the growth of a fast-growing healthcare startup. From building the strategic partnerships team to rolling out a quick commerce business across Germany and Austria, his expertise in scaling operations is impressive. Before this, Elias worked in economic consulting, diving into mergers, cartels, and policy—along with hands-on experience in a chemical sector merger.

With professional experience spanning four different countries in Asia, Elias has not only gained a wealth of cultural knowledge but also developed a strong preference for Asian food at lunch (we’re taking notes for team lunches!). 🍜

Fun Fact: In his free time, you’ll find Elias charging up mountains—running, hiking, or cycling. He’s also an expert in transporting bikes across all European (sleeper-)trains. 🚴‍♂️🚞

He has successfully implemented new plants and revamped existing facilities, focusing on improving production efficiency and reducing environmental impact through energy efficiency enhancements.

Giorgio’s adaptability to diverse environments and cultures, combined with his expertise in risk mitigation and business opportunity identification, has been key to delivering exceptional value to both clients and companies. His dedication to staying on budget, on schedule, and in tune with project goals ensures seamless ex*****on every step of the way.

🌟 Welcoming Klaudia to Our Team! 🌟
We’re excited to introduce Klaudia, our new R&D Intern at DePoly! 🎉

Klaudia recently completed her MSc in Materials Chemistry at the University in England. Her thesis focused on the electrochemical and opto-electrochemical response of Cerium- and Hafnium-doped ZnO nanoparticles, exploring their applications in electronics, optoelectronics, and solar cells. Klaudia is skilled in using a wide variety of analytical instruments and has also studied Nickel- and Cobalt-based Metal Organic Frameworks during her bachelor’s thesis, focusing on their electrochemical potential.

A native Slovak speaker, Klaudia is multilingual—she speaks English, Spanish, and Czech, has a strong understanding of Russian and Polish, and is currently learning French and Japanese!

We’re thrilled to have Klaudia’s expertise and enthusiasm on board and look forward to seeing her contributions to the R&D team. Join us in giving her a warm welcome! 🚀

🌟 Welcoming Ange to Our Team! 🌟
We’re excited to introduce Ange, our new Engineering Intern at DePoly! 🎉

Ange is a master’s student pursuing a double degree in chemistry at the École Normale Supérieure de Lyon (ENS) and chemical engineering at EPFL. Originally from Nantes, near Brittany in France, Ange completed postgraduate studies in Lyon and Lausanne, focusing on materials chemistry, including catalysis, polymers, nanomaterials, and energy materials like hydrogen and batteries. With a strong academic foundation that includes a rigorous three-year classe préparatoire and time at ENS and EPFL, Ange brings considerable expertise to our engineering team.

Interesting Fact: Ange is a “Magic: The Gathering” enthusiast who enjoys playing the complex card game with friends, at associations, or in dedicated shops.
Additionally, Ange has been water-skiing (especially monoskiing!) since childhood and loves hitting the water—there are even pictures to prove it!

We’re thrilled to have Ange on board and can’t wait to see how his passion for innovation and engineering will shine at DePoly. Join us in giving Ange a warm welcome! 🚀
