We’re Hiring | Principal Architect, OT Process Control Network (PCN)

Zenith Energy Partners is expanding our Operational Technology leadership team.

We are seeking a Principal Architect, OT Process Control Network (PCN) to help define the future architecture of the industrial technology environments supporting our energy operations.

This is not simply a SCADA, networking, or infrastructure position.

This individual will serve as a senior architecture authority for Zenith’s OT ecosystem, establishing the standards, reference architectures, technology guardrails, and long-term technical direction governing our Process Control Networks.

The scope includes:

• SCADA, DCS, PLC and RTU environments
• Process Control Networks and industrial cybersecurity
• OT network segmentation and industrial DMZ architectures
• Historians and operational data infrastructure
• Industrial edge computing and IIoT
• MQTT and Sparkplug B
• Unified Namespace (UNS) architectures
• Kafka and industrial event streaming
• OT-to-enterprise and OT-to-cloud integration
• Remote operations and field technologies
• Brownfield modernization and greenfield projects
• M&A integration of operational assets
• Digital twins, advanced analytics and industrial AI enablement

The person stepping into this role will help answer some of the most important technology questions inside Zenith:

What becomes a standard?
What gets deployed at scale?
What gets modernized?
What gets retired?
And what technology should never enter the OT environment in the first place?

We are looking for someone with deep industrial experience who understands that OT architecture is ultimately about more than technology.

It is about safety, reliability, availability, cybersecurity, interoperability, maintainability and operational continuity.

Can Pioneer Design & Consulting Group, vacuum greenhouse gases out of thin air?

A $1.3 billion giant fan facility in Texas is about to test it at massive scale.

In West Texas, a massive $1.3 billion facility is being built to pull carbon dioxide directly out of the atmosphere. Spearheaded by Zenith Energy Partners and backed by Dean & Dean Capital Group Corporation, the world's largest Direct Air Capture plant uses giant industrial fans to suck ambient air into specialized liquid chemical sorbents.

Spanning sixty-five acres, the facility is engineered to capture 500,000 metric tons of atmospheric CO2 every single year.

The isolated carbon is then injected thousands of feet deep underground into solid geological rock formations for permanent storage. It marks the largest commercial attempt in human history to scrub greenhouse gases.

The United States is producing more natural gas than it can currently move and that reality is shaping the next phase of energy infrastructure.

In the Permian Basin, production growth has outpaced pipeline capacity, driving pricing at the Waha Hub in West Texas into negative territory, reaching historic lows in April 2026. This is not a setback. It’s a signal.

A signal that infrastructure must scale with production.

Projects like the Blackcomb Pipeline, expected to deliver up to 2.5 Bcf/d of additional takeaway capacity into South Texas represent exactly where the industry is headed. Expanding pipelines, strengthening transmission networks, and unlocking stranded gas are what transform oversupply into global opportunity.

Same Reservoir. - Different Results ⚖️

Even in one shared gas-condensate reservoir, wells can produce wildly varying results, as we discovered at Zenith Energy Partners.

In a 20 × 50 km field, two sister wells showed stark differences in condensate yield:

🛢️ Well A: ~35 STB/MMscf
🛢️ Well B: ~60 STB/MMscf

At first, everything seemed matched, pressure, permeability (~0.4–0.6 mD), multi-stage fracturing, and no evident structural anomalies. Yet the outcomes diverged.

These contrasts often stem from subtle subsurface realities like:
• Compositional gradients (lighter vs. heavier hydrocarbons)
• Thin low-perm streaks or baffles interrupting flow paths
• Temperature variations across the reservoir
• Migration or charge history causing local fluid differences

What we learned at Zenith: no reservoir is truly uniform. Overlooking these heterogeneities can lead to mis-sized NGL plants or flawed pressure strategies.

🚨 $3.4 Billion Expansion Project Announced by Zenith Energy Partners 🚨
Powering the Southeast. Securing the Future.

Zenith Energy Partners is proud to announce the SouthStream Expansion Initiative (SSEI), a transformative $3.4 billion infrastructure project designed to strengthen natural gas capacity across Mississippi, Alabama, and Georgia.

📍 Project Overview:
The SSEI will add up to 1.3 Bcf/d of critical natural gas capacity to meet rising demand from power generators and distribution companies across the Southeastern U.S.

🔧 Scope of Work:
— Installation of 14 new pipeline segments
— Modernization of 13 existing compressor stations
— Deployment of 4 advanced metering systems

📆 Timeline:
Pending regulatory approvals, the initiative will be executed in two phases, with service commencement targeted between 2028 and 2029.
