The Board of Directors of TRANSCO CLSG has appointed the Director of Finance and Administration as the Acting General Manager. This decision was made during an extraordinary meeting on Friday, March 28, 2025.

Mr. Josephus Jigba Yilla will assume the role of Acting General Manager starting April 1, 2025, until a new General Manager is appointed. On February 7, 2025, His Excellency President Joseph Nyumah Boakai hosted a high-level consultation at the Executive Mansion with the visiting Management team of TRANSCO CLSG, headed by its General Manager, Mohammed M. Sherif, Senior Representative of Genser Energy, Arnon Stephen and key actors in the energy sector to discuss the construction of a 270MW hybrid natural gas and thermal power plant by Genser Energy in Buchanan, Grand Bassa County.
