Looking back in time and seeing the work I’ve been able to do … I’m grateful for my profession … (sometimes one doubts if it was worth it)… after more than 30 years in this field.

We were commissioned in the early 2000’s to design a house for a wealthy client who had a taste for fine art and a vast collection of it.

We went back to ‘basics’ and studied the Renaissance period and found Andrea Palladio.

We did not know that we would be getting a masterclass in the use of ‘Space, Texture and Light’.

This house became a stage, for culture and history throughout every space it contained.

It is in a way … our humble homage to this great architect.
