Your passion is tested by how much you can withstand and keep moving.

At Toptad Solutions, August was a test of passion.
Last month, we engaged in different programs including our Skillpact Training, the live session of the Innovators Conference and the online session of the Innovators Conference.

Our path was full of hurdles, battles and stretches, but our passion was too hot to give in.

Today, we are so grateful we didn't lose faith. When we hear the testimonies, we are electrified.

A huge thank you to our incredible speakers, MCs, partners and community:

Mrs Asanji Yvette~ who shared deep insights on Relationship & Collaboration as the Platform of the Innovator.

Mr. Manfred Asah Agha ~ ICT Presidential Prize Winner 2025, who explored the pathway from Ideas to Implementation.

Mr. Impact Linjo ~ who shared valuable strategies on Strategic Planning & Ex*****on.

Mr. Angah Cedric ~ who delivered an insightful masterpiece on "Your Purpose is Your Solution."

Mr. EM Bissong ~ for your consistent support in diverse ways.

And the entire Toptad Solutions Team who made this vision a reality.
We believe this is just the opening chapter. The greatest episodes are yet to be written.

𝐈𝐭 𝐰𝐚𝐬𝐧'𝐭 𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐲 𝐛𝐮𝐭 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐬𝐞 𝐚𝐦𝐚𝐳𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬, 𝐢𝐭 𝐰𝐚𝐬 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐡 𝐢𝐭 !

Sometimes we organize programs and prepare sessions, but only intentionality can open the door for impact.

You can prepare the best content, the best slides, the best delivery, but if the heart in the room is closed, nothing enters.

At The Innovators Conference, the difference was intentionality.

People didn't come to just attend. They came with notebooks open, hearts open, minds ready to receive. They asked questions, they took notes, they leaned in.

And that is why there was impact. Because when preparation meets intentionality, transformation happens.

Thank you to every intentional participant who opened the door for impact. This is just the beginning!

𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐢𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐛𝐥𝐞𝐦𝐬 𝐢𝐧 𝐂𝐚𝐦𝐞𝐫𝐨𝐨𝐧 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝐰𝐚𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐬𝐨𝐦𝐞 𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐨 𝐬𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐰𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐞?

What if they are waiting for you and me?

What if the change we keep hoping for is hidden in the ideas, gifts, and courage of ordinary people willing to act?

The future is not built by spectators. It is built by people who choose to solve problems. People who dare to innovate. People who refuse to accept that things must remain the way they are.

Cameroon doesn't just need more job seekers. It needs more problem solvers.

But here's the question is ? Why is Africa blessed with so many ideas, yet so little impact? So much potential, yet so few platforms ? So many powerful solutions, yet so little strategy.

That's why The Innovators Conference was born. A space where purpose is ignited.
Where deep insights for personal development are shared.

And where innovators are empowered for community transformation.
It's not just a conference.
It's a launchpad. A launchpad where potential, purpose, and possibilities meet.

I invite you to join us for this insightful, inspiring, and transformative experience.

Come ready to learn, grow, connect and innovative.

Because the solutions our communities need may be closer than we think.

Why is Africa blessed with so many ideas but no impact? Many potentials but no platforms, potent solutions but no strategies.

That's why *THE INNOVATORS CONFERENCE* was born.

A space where purpose is ignited, deep insights for personal development are shared, and innovators are empowered for community transformation.

It's not just a conference. It's a launchpad, where *potential, purpose and possibilities meet.*
