Retired wind blades return to work in new ways ♻
In Hami, Xinjiang, CHD has built a recycling project for retired wind turbine blades, using a dual-process approach of precision cutting and crushing-hot pressing to offer a greener solution for waste from the renewable energy sector.
The recycled blades can be turned into industrial pallets, engineering components, composite panels, and 3D printing materials. With zero wastewater, strict emissions control, and reduced noise, the project supports a full life-cycle green model for wind power — from generation to recycling.

The “five rings” in the desert are a giant power bank.

The 1 GW/4 GWh independent energy storage demonstration project at CHD’s Urumqi PV base in Xinjiang, China can store 4 million kWh of electricity when fully charged. Built along the natural dunes, it achieved zero soil disposal and transport for 2.48 million cubic meters of earthwork.

🌊Where Clean Energy Meets Biodiversity🌿

🐟In the upper reaches of the Yangtze River, China, continues advancing ecological conservation alongside clean energy development.

This year, CHD Jinsha River Upstream Hydropower Development Co., Ltd. achieved 100% marking coverage for more than 680,000 released fish fry for the first time. Using otolith thermal and fluorescent marking technologies, researchers can track fish growth and migration, providing valuable data to support ecosystem restoration.

To date, more than 7.52 million fish have been released in the Sichuan-Xizang section of the upper Jinsha River, while over 800 kilometers of river sections have been preserved as fish habitats.

From scientific monitoring and fish release programs to habitat protection, CHD continues strengthening biodiversity conservation and exploring how clean energy and nature can thrive together.
