Precision spindle, high speed drilling with slight milling function.
Directly transfer of CAD/CAM, automation and high precision can be realized.
The spindle box, the bed and the worktable of the machine are adopted cast iron formed resin bonded sand process and reasonable layout ribs to provide good stiffness and steadiness.
The heavy spindle group with high quality adopted belted roller provides ultra-large torque output capacity.
Movable slides are equipped on the cross beam of gantry, the slides are guided by two linear roller guide pairs and driven by AC servo motor and precise ball screw pair of big pitch respectively.
Electrical System: It adopts Spanish FAGOR8055 CNC system, equipped with RS232 interface and LCD screen.
It can fulfill CAD/CAM directly transfer, and it's ok to preview and recheck the hole position before drilling.
The operation is very easy.
