Acknowledge of HVAC and refrigeration and air condition
Handling of Insufficient Refrigerant:
　1、Fault Symptoms: Poor overall cooling performance of the unit, with only slightly cool water at the water outlet. Inspection using a manifold gauge set reveals low pressure on both the high-pressure and low-pressure sides (under normal compressor speed and an ambient temperature of approximately 35℃, the low-pressure gauge reading is below 1 kg/cm² and the high-pressure gauge reading is below 10 kg/cm²). Meanwhile, bubble flow can be observed through the sight glass.
　2. Fault Cause: There is a refrigerant leak in the refrigeration system, resulting in insufficient refrigerant.
　3. Troubleshooting Methods:
　　1) Locate the leak point using an electronic leak detector, then repair it or replace the relevant components.
　　2) If no components are replaced, only an appropriate amount of refrigerant needs to be added. If components are replaced, supplement the proper quantity of refrigeration oil as required, evacuate the system, and then fully charge it with refrigerant.
