For producing refined salt, we typically dissolve raw salt into water to create saturated brine, which is then fed into the evaporation and crystallization system. The raw salt originates from sea salt, lake salt, well salt, or rock salt.

If you have salt fields and want to produce refined salt, do you need to produce raw sea salt first and then dissolve it into water?

The answer is NO! We can feed the salt field saturated brine, after filteration, into the evaporation and crystallization system directly to produce high-quality refined salt.

This technology brings many benefits to the salt plant as below:

1. There is no need to dissolve raw salt, which reduces the consumption of fresh water and save the resource.

2. No additional crystallization area is needed, which saves a lot of land resources.

3. The loss of mother liquors is lower, and the co-production of salt and chemicals can be efficiently realized.
