Sirius Project Update – Batch 3 Shipping Timeline🥳
Dear Backers,
We hope this message finds you well. Thank you for your continued support of the Sirius project and for reaching out to us. We sincerely apologize for the slower response time recently and fully recognize the significant investment you've made in this project. Your patience and trust mean everything to us.
📣Batch 3 Shipping Update
After coordinating with our manufacturing partners, we've made the difficult decision to delay Batch 3 shipments to late March, with all units (1,100 total: 200–500–400 split) fully shipped by end of April.
📣Why the delay?
Production complexity: Sirius hardware requires 20–25 days for component machining and assembly.
Holiday impact: Factory operations resumed February 12–March 1 following the Lunar New Year break.
Quality improvement: Based on the feedback from batches 1 and 2, we identified that there were packaging defects and issues with the circuit connections. These problems led to leg damage and poor contact of the goods if they were subjected to violent transportation. We are implementing two improvement measures: enhancing protective packaging and improving more robust circuit connections.
🎁Complimentary Gift Package for Batch 3 Backers
As our sincere apology for this delay, all Batch 3 backers will receive a complimentary gift package (shipping and duties covered by Hengbot)
1. Replacement screws
2. Precision screwdriver
3. Component lubricant oil
4. Sirius anti-slip foot pads (for smooth surfaces/desks to reduce leg slippage)
5. Battery charging dock for extended runtime
For Batch 1 & 2 Backers: We haven't forgotten you! If you're interested in the gift package, we'll offer it at a heavily discounted rate or for shipping cost only. Details will be sent via separate email.

We usually update the progress of "Sirius" goods and software on Kickstarter and Sirius every week. However, we are worried that these emails might be classified as spam and thus prevent our customers from receiving them. Therefore, we have decided to resend these emails one by one. If you haven't received any emails from Kickstarter at all, please leave us a commonly used email address and we will send the updates separately. We hope this will be helpful to you.
Happy exploring! Warm regards!
