Sirius Project Update – Batch 3 Shipping Timeline🥳

Dear Backers,

We hope this message finds you well. Thank you for your continued support of the Sirius project and for reaching out to us. We sincerely apologize for the slower response time recently and fully recognize the significant investment you've made in this project. Your patience and trust mean everything to us.

📣Batch 3 Shipping Update

After coordinating with our manufacturing partners, we've made the difficult decision to delay Batch 3 shipments to late March, with all units (1,100 total: 200–500–400 split) fully shipped by end of April.

📣Why the delay?

Production complexity: Sirius hardware requires 20–25 days for component machining and assembly.

Holiday impact: Factory operations resumed February 12–March 1 following the Lunar New Year break.

Quality improvement: Based on the feedback from batches 1 and 2, we identified that there were packaging defects and issues with the circuit connections. These problems led to leg damage and poor contact of the goods if they were subjected to violent transportation. We are implementing two improvement measures: enhancing protective packaging and improving more robust circuit connections.

📦 Batch 3 Delivery Update
Factory production is paused starting Feb 13 for the holiday, which means:
• Batch 3 shipments will be delayed beyond original estimates
• Exact revised timeline coming week of Feb 26–27
• We are also evaluating the hardware upgrades for the charging accessories of the third batch of products - the details will be explained in the update after the holiday.

Sirius Latest Update🤩

The Hengbot team will provide the logistics tracking number tomorrow.

Our second batch of 300 units has been fully packed and is scheduled to be delivered to the logistics provider on the 24th. However, as the logistics provider observes weekend closures, processing—including label generation and shipment dispatch—will commence on Monday, 26th. Consequently, the official tracking number will be issued tomorrow. Please stay tuned for further updates.

Latest update on the "Sirius" project 🥳

The current progress of the second batch: Currently, the final assembly and packaging work is underway. Subsequently, between the 22nd and 25th, it will be sent to the logistics company for customs declaration procedures for import and export. From the 24th to the 26th, we will update the logistics information in succession.

Due to the limited quantity per batch, the delivery quantity for the third batch is approximately 1,000 pieces. All orders will start to be delivered in mid-February and be completed by the end of February.

The latest progress update regarding Sirius:

We have successfully updated all transportation information for the first batch of users to pledgebox. Users can access their logistics details through the previous survey email. Additionally, relevant information for the second batch, consisting of 300 to 500 sets, has already been entered into our system.

Please note: Due to varying response times from backers when filling out the survey email, some users with earlier order numbers may not have completed this process by the time we finalized the first batch. As a result, these individuals will be automatically included in the second batch of delivery lists.

We are pleased to provide you with the latest update regarding the delivery status of Sirius.

Sirius has arrived at our transfer warehouse and has been repackaged by Hengbot's logistics partners. It will be uniformly transported to the nearest warehouse for each supporter. Backers in the first batch of deliveries can expect to receive their Sirius within 7 to 10 days, depending on the speed of logistics transportation.

Please note that we will update tracking numbers for backers in the first batch within 48 hours. We sincerely appreciate your patience as we work diligently to provide you with relevant logistics details.

We would like to provide you with the latest delivery status of Sirius.

The second batch of Sirius, which includes our self-developed core actuators currently undergoing intensive production, has been delivered, and we have commenced the material preparation stage. The machine assembly process is scheduled to begin on the 20th.

We are pleased to inform you that the first batch of equipment from Sirius has successfully completed production and testing phases and is now in the packaging and transportation stage. We have packaged all products and transported them to various transfer warehouses. The logistics process is expected to take approximately 3 to 5 days.

Once Sirius arrives at the transfer warehouse, our logistics partner will repackage it for uniform delivery to each supporter’s nearest warehouse. Additionally, we will utilize express transportation for this initial batch of deliveries.

Please note that we will only provide updates regarding logistics once the second phase of transportation (transfer support) commences. It is important to understand that information pertaining to the first segment of logistics should not be considered valid at this time. We sincerely appreciate your patience as we strive diligently to furnish you with relevant logistics details.

What is the latest update on the delivery status of Sirius?

Following the initial production run and testing phase, we identified certain aspects related to user experience and system reliability that did not meet our expected standards. In order to ensure a superior final product, we have proactively initiated a comprehensive upgrade and iterative refinement process for Sirius, focusing on both software functionality and overall design optimization.

Key improvements include:

A complete redesign of the user interaction flow, along with the integration of new software features to enhance usability and performance.

Significant hardware upgrades across multiple core components of the device.

Color Enhancement🎨
For the Phantom Black and Dark Gray variants, we have reformulated the color pigments and refined the coating application process, resulting in a more distinct metallic finish and improved surface quality.

Head Unit Upgrade🤖
The redesigned head unit now incorporates an internal cable routing system, eliminating visible external wiring.
A new peripheral USB interface has been added, supporting debugging and diagnostic functions.
A facial touchscreen panel and touch-activated wake-up button have been integrated for enhanced interactivity.
