🔥 TPV Coating Die: Traditional Pain Points vs. DEKUMA’s Upgrade
Low vacuum near the coating point can lead to weak adhesion, low peel strength, delamination, cracking and material waste in TPV-coated pipes.
DEKUMA adds a guide sleeve to improve sealing near the coating point. This raises the vacuum level there, helping the TPV layer bond more firmly to the inner pipe and improving peel strength.

Here’s the CMLJ-500 in action. This 500-ton four-column servo-hydraulic press is built for cold extrusion and precision metal forming.

Fast approach and return help reduce idle time. A linear encoder and pressure sensors monitor each cycle, with positioning repeatability of ±0.01 mm. The servo drive also helps reduce energy use.
