How can we help customers produce lithium batteries for solar energy storage without a laser welding machine?
My client told me that they cannot pay 17000 USD to purchase a laser welding machine to weld lithium battery cells. Is there any other way to assemble lithium battery packs for solar energy.
Proposal:
1. Welding bolts for large prismatic battery cells, calculating the size of the busbars based on current and charge discharge rate, and FREE providing customized busbars and fl**ge nuts.
2. Only Tin welding machine is needed for BMS welding, and the Materials that can be soldered include copper, zinc, and nickel. Materials that cannot be soldered: aluminum, stainless steel, cast iron.
So Busbar is copper, or copper galvanized.
The disadvantage is that the IR. will change from the original 0.3m Ω to 0.8m Ω, which is not a problem and can be ignored.
The advantage is that it is more convenient to replace the battery cells, and the nuts can be loosened to replace them.
There is almost no difference in performance compared to laser welding.
The reason for this guarantee is:
1. Each brand new battery cell will be Capacity Grading, which means a complete charge and discharge process to obtain the true capacity of each cell. For example, obtaining 51345mAh data from 50Ah, and STICK the data on the outside makes it convenient for you to pair and select lithium cells.
2. After capacity grading, 30% of the capacity power will be charged in the cells, which is also the shipping rules.
3. Based on each cell with 30% capacity, the battery cells are perfectly matched according to voltage and capacity. After being made into a battery pack, they can be used for 8-10 years and still have a DOD of 80%.
That is what I mean good production process can make the battery play the whole life.
That's why NEWILLING has so many customers and a huge order throughput.
