Two suppliers may both propose a 200 m³/day lightweight block production line, yet their equipment configurations and quotations can be very different.
Why?
Because building a factory is not simply about purchasing machines.
A proper project needs to start with the actual production conditions:
🔹 What raw materials are available locally?
🔹 What products and specifications will be produced?
🔹 How large is the factory?
🔹 What are the local labor and power conditions?
🔹 What level of automation is appropriate?
Then the entire production process can be planned — from raw material handling, batching, foaming, mixing and pouring to mold circulation, curing, demolding, peeling, cutting and finished-product handling.
But even that is only part of the project.
After shipment, the factory still needs proper foundation preparation, equipment installation, commissioning, formula adjustment, operator training and technical support.
It is possible to reduce the initial equipment quotation by removing some molds, simplifying material transfer or lowering automation.
But equipment investment happens once.
Production costs continue every day.
For a 200 m³/day factory, differences in cutting methods can affect material loss and electricity consumption significantly. Under specific operating assumptions and 300 production days per year, the combined difference can potentially reach more than RMB 1 million annually.
That is why we believe the right question is not:
“Which supplier has the lowest quotation?”
It should be:
“Which solution can help my factory produce stable, qualified products at a competitive cost for years?”
At Guangzhou Hengde, we focus on the complete project — local raw material testing, factory layout, production line configuration, equipment manufacturing, overseas installation, commissioning, production guidance, operator training and technical after-sales support.
Equipment shipment is not the end of the project.
Stable long-term production is the real goal.
