Infectious Spleen and Kidney Necrosis Virus (ISKNV/RSIV) nucleic acid detection kit

Precautions:
1. As the high detection sensitivity of this reagent, we suggest to partition operations to avoid cross-contamination.
1) Zone 1: sample preparation area.
2) Zone 2: template Adding .
3) Zone 3: amplification and product analysis.
★It is best to be physical isolation between partitions to avoid pollution caused by human factors.
2. During the experimental process, need wear lab coat and latex gloves, use tools independently in different areas; and need to replace gloves and lab coat on different Zone.
3. The operation should be carried out in strict according to the instructions. For steps such as reagent preparation and additional samples, please strictly follow the instructions on the ice box.
4. Protect product from light. Reagents should be completely thawed before use, but it should be avoided repeatedly. It is recommended for centrifugal 30 seconds before use.
5. After the reaction is over, the amplification tube is required to be discarded in the sealing bag. Prohibit the opening of the lid on the same day, and clean per day.
6. Forbid not mix different batch reagents, use it during the validity period.
