Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist walk-in customers, provide professional guidance on mobile phones and tech product features, pricing, and specifications.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets through effective product promotion and customer engagement.
- Maintain neat and orderly product displays, ensure stock availability, and conduct regular inventory checks.
- Process sales transactions accurately, manage customer records, and address customer inquiries and complaints promptly.
- Build and maintain good customer relationships to foster repeat business and brand loyalty.
- Support all other daily in-store sales and operational tasks as assigned by the store management.
Basic Requirements
- Open to both male and female candidates with a genuine passion for sales and mobile technology.
- Strong verbal communication skills and excellent customer service etiquette.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, reliable, and able to work flexibly in a retail environment.
- Basic knowledge of mobile phones and tech gadgets is an added advantage.
- Resident of Buea or willing to work full-time at our Buea store.
