Furniture Powder Coating Line | Complete Process Explained
A complete look at the powder coating process for metal furniture.
The process starts with surface pretreatment to remove oil, rust and other contaminants, followed by drying. The workpieces then enter the powder coating booth, where electrostatic spray guns apply powder evenly to the surface. After spraying, the coated parts pass through the curing oven, where controlled heat melts and cures the powder into a durable finish.
This process is widely used for metal furniture such as tables, chairs, cabinets, shelves and racks.
