The wheels are small on purpose. The seats are trimmed in a small black-and-white check, and the body is a smooth one-piece shell over the chassis.

Filmed mid-build, still on the stands: the parts our karts get before anything else goes on.

What you're looking at:
• Front coilover suspension, mounted on machined uprights.
• Drilled hydraulic disc brakes with a machined hub carrier — consistent bite, heat has somewhere to go.
• Rack-and-pinion steering with a U-jointed column and replaceable tie-rod ends.

Frame 2: a deep purple cabin already fitted in a silver roadster — seat, door and quarter panels in one colour, matched dash surround.

Cabin trim is cut, stitched and wrapped on our own floor, so the same colour code carries from the seat to the side panels — no outside trim supplier in the chain.
