During processing, the material shows relatively stable molecular structure and low acetaldehyde content (AA ≤ 1.0 μg/g), which may contribute to consistent melt behavior and reduced odor risk under standard injection molding conditions.

WK-781 is suitable for direct injection molding applications, where it demonstrates stable cavity filling in thick-wall geometries, controlled internal stress development during cooling, and dimensional stability after molding. Transparency in thicker sections can generally be maintained under appropriate processing conditions.
