In particular, the biomass resin carbon obtained by the project has uniform particle size, large bulk density, low ash content, and a low caloric value of more than 5000K/g, which can replace coal fuel for direct power generation, and can also be further processed into hard carbon materials for batteries and green and clean energy such as biological methanol, green ammonia, biomethane, and liquefied natural gas (LNG).
Bio-methanol and green ammonia produced from biomass resin carbon are currently recognized as the most advantageous liquid fuels that can achieve carbon neutrality at room temperature and atmospheric pressure. Especially in the field of shipping, bio-methanol, as a relatively new clean alternative energy for ships, has many advantages such as clean production mode, large-scale industrialization, high energy density, convenient storage and transportation. Effectively help land transport, navigation, aviation and other transportation and logistics industries to achieve the dual-carbon strategic goal at an early date.
Talking about the bio-methanol project planning of Shengquan Group, Tang Diyuan introduced that the biomass resin carbon produced by Daqing Shengquan Green Technology Co., Ltd. in the first phase of the project is used as raw material, and the existing coal chemical industry capacity is used to achieve 80,000 tons/year of bio-methanol production. Second, it is planned to start the construction of 200,000 tons/year biological methanol plant in 2024.
