New caisson cutter suction dredger.This is achieved by a dredge pump with cutters on the lifting frame.
During operation, the lifting frame lifts the dredger into the operation area, starts the power unit and dredge pump, the submersible power unit drives the cutter head to rotate and cut the formation, and then the mixture of solid and water is discharged from the water surface through the discharge pipe by the submersible dredge pump, so as to achieve the effect of excavation.
The dredger can be used for the construction of open caisson, caisson well, river channel, reservoir, port, dredging and other projects. It is suitable for the construction of mud, clay, sand layer, gravel layer and soft rock.
