There are two reasons: 1. If the newly purchased screw has this problem, it is because the manufacturing precision of this set of screws is not up to standard, resulting in hard friction between the screws or between the screw and the barrel, causing excessive shearing and plasticizing of the material. 2. If the newly purchased screw is qualified, but when producing high-calcium powder products, after 6 months or 1 year of use, the barrel will be severely worn, creating deep grooves. The screw and the barrel will have local tight contact, and the same excessive shearing and plasticizing will occur, resulting in black lines. In such cases, very experienced engineers will try to change the contact state between the screw and the barrel through operation techniques and formulas to eliminate the black lines. However, this will waste a lot of time and materials, and the success rate of solving the problem is only 40%.
