Silicon Carbide Rod Production Process
We adopt high-purity silicon carbide powder as raw material, mix it with professional binders, then extrude into rod shapes and cut to standard sizes. After slow temperature-controlled drying to avoid cracking, the rods undergo high-temperature sintering at 2000–2500°C for recrystallization and densification. Finally, we conduct precision machining, strict dimension and resistivity quality inspection before packaging, delivering high-performance silicon carbide heating elements for industrial high-temperature furnaces.
