Efficient multi-cavity production requires every step to work together smoothly.

QITON’s Top Entry IML Robot System integrates in-mold labeling, multi-cavity product take-out, and conveyor transfer into one automated production process. In this 8-cavity PP bowl application, the robot removes multiple finished bowls in one cycle and places them steadily onto the conveyor for the next production stage.

The system can be equipped with a 3-axis or 5-axis robot and supports an in-mold picking and labeling cycle as fast as 0.7 seconds. Its compact top-entry design helps reduce floor-space requirements while making operation and maintenance more convenient.

Different labeling formats can also be customized according to the product, including wrap-around, flat, three-side, four-side, and five-side labeling.

QITON Disposable PP PS Cutlery Automatic Packing System is designed for efficient and stable packing of plastic forks, spoons, knives and other disposable cutlery products.

The system supports both single packing and bulk packing solutions. For single packing, it is suitable for 24, 32 and 32+32 cavity automatic packing, including 1-piece packing or folded single packing. For bulk packing, it supports 24, 32, 64 and 96 cavity applications, with 25–100 pieces per bag.

Suitable for rectangle and round molds, the system is deeply integrated with injection molding machines to help reduce manual handling, improve packing efficiency and maintain smooth production flow.
