We are the sole distributor of KIND&CO Germany in China for die casting steels. Our business involves special steel trading, machining processing, mold base making, heat treatment, CNC machines manufacturing. There are 22 sets of CNC machining center in our workshop. sizes we can produce is 2000 x 4000mm.

⚙️ GKL712 Circular Sawing Machine | Trial Cutting on 3 Representative Steels

Three steels. Different hardness levels. One machine.

We tested the Ningshing Hengli GKL712 Circular Sawing Machine on three representative materials under real cutting conditions:

🔹 SKD11 — Annealed ≤255 HB
45 × 610 × 1000 mm | 200 mm/min

🔹 4Cr13H — Prehardened 30–36 HRC
52 × 610 × 1000 mm | 200 mm/min

🔹 NM500 — Avg. 46 HRC tested
80 × 80 × 700 mm | 150 mm/min

All three tests used a 10 mm cutting length, allowing a direct look at cutting performance across different steel conditions.

Why high hardness and precision matter for die‑cast mold cores？🔥

In die‑casting operations, mold cores are exposed to high‑temperature molten metal and repeated ejection friction.
To sustain long‑term stable performance, stricter dimensional tolerances are required vs other mold parts.

Wire‑cut and sinker EDM are essential processes to achieve these tight specs, beyond what standard CNC milling can deliver.

Our finished die‑cast mold cores are prepared for shipment to European clients.
