Q: Are you a trading company or manufacturer?
A: We are a professional / manufacturer.
Q: What is your delivery time?
A: Most items are always in stock. We could ship them immediately. If it is not in stock, it will be around 2-3 weeks to produce. It depends on the total quantity. If new item, it will be around 3-4 weeks. We need to measure parameter on samples and get barb mould/tooling ready in advance.
Q: Do you provide samples? Is it free?
A: Yes, we could offer the sample for free charge. But do not pay for the shipping cost from China to destination country.
Q:How long do felting needles last?
A: Our steel wire is high grade in China. Meanwhile, we make perfect heat treatment. The hardness is around HRC 56-60. It is hard and durable. Usually it lasts 1-2 months. Also, the needles are polished and then with anti-rust oil. No rust within 5 years if sealed well.
Q:How can you tell felting needles apart?
A:Felting needles come in different gauges. The gauge number refers to the diameter of the needle. The higher the number, the thinner the needle. So a 40 gauge needle is thinner than a 38 gauge. Different needles come with varying numbers of barb. Please refer to our felting needle code chart/information.
Q:How do I keep the needle？
A: The needles are sealed well in box. Please do not unpack if you don’t use them. Please store them in a dry place. Please do not store the needles in ultralow temperature condition.
Q: What is your terms of payment?
A: If total amount is less than 5000USD, it is 100% advance payment. If it is more than 5000 USD, 30% T/T in advance and the balance payment before shipping.
