The 25m Cellular-on-Wheels unit, destined for Zimbabwe, has successfully completed its trial assembly and operational testing. Timed trials demonstrate that the entire deployment process—from arrival at the site to full operational readiness—can be completed within three minutes.

The chassis platform is equipped with a diesel generator and a power distribution box, enabling the power supply system to be entirely self-sufficient. The distribution box serves as the mounting point for air conditioning units, communication modules, and external circuitry, ultimately providing power to a small office located outside the base station.

The Power Generator Cabin is designed to house a generator, utilized for charging or powering mobile communication equipment. It features a fully sealed design that provides dust protection when the unit is idle; conversely, when the generator is in operation, the roller shutter door can be opened to facilitate heat dissipation.

Recently, the integrated communication shelter exported by our company to the United States was successfully deployed and is scheduled to be showcased at an upcoming exhibition in Las Vegas. Also referred to as an "integrated telecom cabinet," this shelter model features a maximum height of 20 meters, supports a maximum antenna load of 500 kilograms, and is rated to withstand wind speeds of up to 200 km/h.

According to client feedback, the unit has already been equipped with 5G antennas and Starlink receiving equipment, and is currently operating normally.

Trial assembly is currently underway for a Weather Monitoring / Air Traffic Control Radar Tower customized for a client in Libya. Upon actual measurement, all components were found to fall within the permissible tolerance range and assembled smoothly.

This tower model utilizes H-beams for its main structural members and square tubes for diagonal bracing, ensuring robust load-bearing capacity. With the successful completion of the trial assembly, the hot-dip galvanizing process is set to commence shortly.

The accompanying image illustrates the trial assembly and operational testing of a custom-built 35-meter "Cell on Wheels" tower designed for a client in Swaziland. The support legs utilize a hydraulic system, while the tower section employs a winch mechanism to facilitate raising and lowering.

During the assembly process, we identified certain design flaws in the client's original specifications, which we subsequently rectified through re-welding and structural modifications. The tower section features a segmented red-and-white paint scheme; prior to crating for shipment, we will conduct a final inspection of the paintwork and perform any necessary touch-ups.
