XGZ’s New project:
the length of a single component is about 27.2meters, and it includes super high lattice columns with heavy shoulders, four crane brackets, and aircraft head structure, this project applied multiple complex processes and technologies. Key processes such as lifting, vertical welding, overhead welding, inspection and measurement of large components. From high standard manufacturing to difficult on-site installation, accurate control is achieved in every aspect. This fully demonstrates Xin Guang zheng’s outstanding production capacity in the field of heavy steel structures and first class project management level.
