- Dosage controlThe recommended dosage is 0.05%-0.5% of the total amount of the polyurethane system, which needs to be adjusted according to the formula and process. For example, based on 100 parts of polyether, the dosage is about 0.1-3.0 parts.
- Mixing methodIt exists in liquid form, which is convenient for mixing with other components (such as polyols and isocyanates). It is usually used with a catalyst to improve the foaming/gelling efficiency.
- Reaction condition optimization
Promote the rapid reaction of isocyanate and water to generate carbon dioxide gas to promote foaming;
