RUIPLAS| "TWO TO ONE"
🌟 Normally, for two 800 models of film blowers, sufficient space needs to be reserved to ensure that the machines can operate more smoothly. But what if there isn't enough horizontal space? So we came up with a way to solve the problem that the client had presented.
🌟 First of all, we made changes to the appearance of the machine. The rack has been merged from the original two into a structure resembling a "double die head machine", and of course, the width has also been adjusted. It is wider than the ordinary double-head one design to ensure proper heat dissipation. The next part is the screw and the die head. This section has not been modified. Each side of the die head uses an independent screw, which is equivalent to two film blowing machines but the frames are ingeniously integrated together. Finally, such changes enabled the winding part of the film-forming machine to be placed closer together, thus saving more space and not affecting the operation of the workers.
🌟 Yes, this is a minor change. Even if I didn't explicitly say it, you would have understood that it was just a modification to the rack. But what I want to say goes far beyond this. If we don't think this way, then we can only ask the customers to make enough space in their factories for the machines to operate. But if we think about the problem from a different perspective, this not only doesn't trouble the customers, but also shows our philosophy of putting service first.
