EN10305-4, E235+N, black phosphate tube

Cold-drawn highly accurate seamless bright hydraulic tubes is used as the tube to be phosphated.

The phosphated is realized with the imported
chemical fluid to form a black film. The antirust oil is absorbed by means of the micropore on the film to prevent from the rust. Then capped at both ends to prevent from the dust into inner hole.

💓 Each bundle of tubing must be soaked in an anti-rust oil bath to ensure that the inner hole and outside of each tubing are coated with sufficient anti-rust oil. Then, placed the tubing on a slope to pour out the oil from the inner hole.

Put the all tube into the anti-rust oli pool and keep minimum 15minutes to ensure per tube inner hole & outside surface are coated with enough anti-rust oil.
