🏭Voltage Fluctuating on Your Film Blowing Machine? Don't Panic!
Follow this 3-step emergency guide to minimize loss:
Step 1: Check Hardware Immediately
Power lines & Breakers: Check for loose wiring or tripped circuit breakers.
VFD Panel: Look for overvoltage, undervoltage, or overcurrent alarm codes to locate the issue quickly.

Step 2: Inspect Core Components
Main Motor: Check for unusual noise or overheating (damaged bearings or bad lubrication cause current spikes).
Heaters: Ensure all heating zones work properly. A dead heater causes uneven melt temperature and erratic extrusion.
Feeding: Verify smooth raw material feeding to prevent sudden load changes on the main motor.

Step 3: Take Protective Action
Slow Down: If fluctuations persist, lower both extrusion and haul-off speeds. Reduced torque demand protects film quality and prevents forced shutdowns.
Verify Protection: Ensure distribution cabinets have active overload, overcurrent, and short-circuit protection.

vs. Laminating Machine: What’s the Difference? 💡

In the plastic packaging industry, film blowing machines and laminating machines play two completely different roles. Simply put, it comes down to "Raw Material Manufacturing" vs. "Deep Processing." 🛠️

Here is how they differ:

1️⃣ Film Blowing Machine (The "Maker")

Primary Role: Raw film production.

How it works: It heats and melts plastic resin, blows it into a thin film bubble, and cools it down to form basic plastic film (such as packaging film, agricultural film, or bag-making substrates).

Key Takeaway: It creates the film from scratch.

2️⃣ Laminating Machine (The "User")

Primary Role: Surface finishing & protection.

How it works: It applies the pre-made film onto paper, cardboard, or other substrates using heat and pressure. This adds a protective layer that improves waterproofing, wear resistance, and gloss.

Key Takeaway: It uses the film to give products (like luxury packaging boxes or book covers) a premium finish.
