Steel grinding machine

(2) Equipment plate roll rotation using two standard boring and milling power head, higher running accuracy, while using double drive configuration, stronger power.

(3) The grinding head adopts the flat push design, the servo motor + cylinder + electric proportional valve accurately controls the pressure of the grinding head, and completely solves the problem of inaccurate pressure caused by the miter plate roller, counterweight, spring and other ways of driving the grinding head.

(4) The equipment sink adopts the middle sink and V-shaped design to solve the problem that the drainage is not smooth and it is not easy to clean up caused by the sinks on both sides of the transmission grinder.

(5) The left and right walking of the grinding head adopts the design structure of servo motor + planetary reducer + helical gear + rack, which can realize the left and right fast walking, and save running time and improve work efficiency when the equipment is completed or needs to move quickly. Solve the low speed problem caused by the traditional ball screw transmission structure of the grinder.
