The effect of solder paste printing determines the soldering effect of electronic components on the circuit board after SMT reflow soldering. Good printing of solder paste can greatly reduce the bad welding. ๐ŸคฉThis August, we BQC had enlarged our workshop (2,000 SQM),adopted more facilties. Till now, we own 15 SMT lines, 4 DIP lines, 4 hand soldering lines , 2 assembly lines and 3 conform coating lines.. These asembly lines and facilities will improve at least 30% production and meet increased requirements for orders.

As shown in the pictures, they are the packaging of BQC when they are shipped.
For each PCBA board, we will use ๐š๐ง๐ญ๐ข-๐ฌ๐ญ๐š๐ญ๐ข๐œ ๐›๐š๐ ๐ฌ ๐š๐ง๐ ๐Ÿ๐จ๐š๐ฆ for individual packaging, and ๐œ๐š๐ซ๐๐›๐จ๐š๐ซ๐ to separate.

The final inspection will be done before the box is sealed. If there is still a gap, we will plug some packaging materials into it to avoid shaking due to the gap in the box.๐Ÿ“ฆ

The purpose of the above operation is to prevent the boards from colliding during transportation, which may cause damage or drop of the components.

An automatic technology for fast, accurate and easy-to-achieve measurement results, that is AOI(automated Optical Inspection) which is applied to find and eliminating errors of the circuit board before assembly.

BQC has equipped with 20 sets of AOI, including 12 sets of ALD515, 2 sets of VCTA-A410, 2 sets of Magic Ray V5000HD, and 2 sets of ALD-7120. Early detection of defects will be avoided, and the repair costs will be reduced.
