Bamboo Hotel, which CEO Nicholas Curcio started as a business in January 2024, has purchased property at 1016 E. First St. with the intention of building the first of a planned chain of hotels.

I still remember this — it was taken in April 2025, right after I finished giving an English tour of the CSCEC Science and Industry Exhibition Hall to our clients from Australia.

You can see the pride on my face. And I truly felt it — because I did it. For the first time, I presented our company's absolute strength in the steel structure field to the world, in English.
