Fresh off the machine today.

304 stainless steel part for laser equipment, with ±0.01 mm on the critical dimensions.

Looks like another small metal part, but getting it machined is only half the job. Now it’s time for inspection. 😄

Big cylinder on the lathe today. 👇

The biggest challenge with parts like this? Keeping deformation under control.

Clamp it too hard, the part can distort. Remove too much material at once, and the dimensions may move again.

So we take it step by step — careful clamping, controlled cutting, and lighter finishing passes.

Not the fastest way to machine it, but a much safer way to get the final

Several key dimensions are controlled to ±0.005 mm, with careful inspection throughout production.

Nice to see everything finished smoothly and packed for delivery.

A small copper part, but not an easy one to machine.

Copper is soft and can easily cause tool sticking, burrs, and surface finish issues during turning.

With the right experience and process control, even challenging materials can achieve a clean and smooth finish.

Another busy day at the factory. 🔧

I just went to the workshop to check the production progress and happened to record this moment.

The forklift was moving, the shipment was being prepared, and a new batch of parts was ready to go.

This is what a normal day looks like behind the scenes of manufacturing.

Just shared a quick clip from my walk through the workshop. Forklifts are everywhere today moving out our latest big orders. It is always a good feeling to see the finished products loaded up and heading out right on schedule.

Our shipping schedule for this week is clear, and we’re officially opening up the next production slots.
